Chelsea are planning a swap deal that would see striker Diego Costa join Paris Saint-Germain this summer, according to TuttoMercatoWeb .
The Blues are keen on bringing Javier Pastore to Stamford Bridge, and are hopeful the two players could be traded at the end of the season.

We knew about Barcelona’s half-time score and that it was a golden opportunity to take top spot. It’s an added source of motivation to get out there and play,” the 23-year-old commented.
